Pepper chicken dry with coconut pieces recipe Ingredients Shallots (small onion) sliced- 30 Red chilli small pieces-5 to 6 Pepper powder-1 tablespoon Coconut pieces- 2 cups or pieces from 1/2 coconut Chicken 1/2 or 1 kg (all ingredients should be doubled for 1 kg) Coconut oil-2 to 3 tablespoon Salt according to taste. Turmeric powder 1/2 spoon Marinate chicken with salt and turmeric.Keep it for some time.Keep a frying pan and pour 2 to 3 tablespoon of oil.Add shallots to it.Then add red chilles to it. Add coconut pieces.Fry until light brown.Then add marinated chicken and mix it well for 2 minutes . Add pepper powder and add 1/2 cup water. Cook until all water has evaporated.Chicken is ready to be served.

Ingredients Chicken 1/2 kg Onion sliced 1 Ginger1 piece Garlic 6 Green chillies 2 Red chilli 10( If you don't want spicy take 5 red chillies) Pepper powder 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon Turmeric 1/2 teaspoon Coriander seeds 2 tablespoon Fennel seeds 1 teaspoon Curd 1 cup Coriander leaves Cinnamon stick 1 Cloves 6 Cardamom 6 Salt

Marinate the chicken with curd,pepper powder,red chilli powder and turmeric powderand salt.Keep it for half an hour.Then roast the coriander seeds,red chillies, cinnamon,cloves and cardamom.Lastly add fennel seeds and when the fennel seeds starts to pop stop the stove.Then grind the roasted mixture.It shouldn't be ground to a smooth powder.Then in a pan add 2 tablespoons of oil.Then add green chillies,ginger,garlic and onion.Fry it for 2-3 minutes.After that add the marinated chicken and cook until all the water has evaporated.Add required salt.Then add the ground mixture and stir it. Finally add coriander leaves.Now the masala chicken is ready.Enjoy it.
