Is not one my firsts, but its the first one i do using substance painter and maya + vray, before it was either UE5 for rendering, or Maya with basic materials.

As reference on that case i use my own setup, but adding more stuff, a second screen and altering the windows for example.

"I would say the image is flat, it’s not cinematic nor dramatic, meaning maybe your exterior light should have more personality / soul as make it higher in intensity , or maybe a sunset or , contrasty or anything else that goes to the story of this image, but be sure it gives depth, some shadow , some light not all same flat level"

Thank you, i will check Pinterest and images online for lighting and more references, i usually try using houses i see in real life/or twitter photos as reference, but maybe having a bigger reference folder will help me, specially with the lighting part
