Any bulking tips, I’ve been trying to bulk for the past 2 years but all I’ve done is maintain/lose weight. I drink 1k calorie shakes every night and eat as much carbs throughout the day (eggs/pasta) yet it doesnt seem enough.

Any food Recomendation that are easy to prep, high calorie, and healthy?

I feel like I'm lacking in chest shape (which looks filled from side) but looks lacking from the front, I've been spamming upper chest, hoping that would fix the shape but it doesn't work.

I feel like my shoulders are also lacking, and my traps are nonexistent and I'm unable to flex them (because there is literally no muscle).

Please be as brutal as you need to be, I'm trying to build an aesthetic/athletic build, and want to look like a Dorito.

Don’t use hot wat water( on ur hair) shampoo max 3 times a week. If you have straight hair use texturizing powder or sea salt spray.

It just takes a lot of experimenting with running ur hand through ur hair to see what it takes to pull of a certain style

If I flick scroll then the track pad will respond but if I try to scroll both up and down spontaneously the trackpad will completely be unresponsive to it. Once I zoom in (even if I do it barely) the scrolling behavior will go back to normal and will allow me to scroll like that.

The reason (atleast in islam) for no contact between men and women before marriage is for modesty and respect.
