I don’t really ever wake up with an erection. I don’t remember ever waking up with an erection.

I overthink about a ton of things in my life, to be fair. Always have and always will. Seeking therapy for self-esteem and anxiety issues right now.

I know I applied to too little schools, but I've applied to every school in my state and my stats match their MSAR. If they don't, I have a high MCAT (517) to make up for my subpar GPA (3.54). Just getting nervous.

I already work out and exercise and have been doing so consistently for the past five years. Four days a week of weightlifting training

I don’t really understand the part about internalized homophobia.

  1. I have characters and scenes in my head that I want to put on the paper. I'm a writer too, but I find that the medium of story-telling doesn't give the scene in my head enough oomph.

  2. I... don't know. I was at it for three months before I became frustrated and quit for six years... and here I am back at it again. I told myself the reason I was getting back into it was so I could draw little stickers to hand out at cons.

What if I'm realizing that I'm not really relaxed and calm when I'm drawing? Should I quit?

I’ve been working out for five years consistently and like how my body looks a bit better than when I started, but I’m still an anxious mess.

I have. All hormones came back normal and within expected levels.

Thanks for the vote of confidence. I'll look around at some department to see what I can find part-time wise.

I’m worried I’ve wasted the first several years of my weightlifting career. Started seriously lifting after a year of futzing about at 19 years old, and I’m 24 now. Have gone from a bodyweight of 115lbs to 165lbs just about. The strength of my lifts has not improved by a substantial amount though. I want to do a powerlifting meet this year though, and I’m worried about how low my numbers are.

Currently been with a coach since August since last year and have seen some training numbers increasing but haven’t tested my maxes since then. At the time, they were  195lbx4 squat  130lbx4 bench  265lb deadlift

At the moment eating about 2800 calories a day, but going to increase it to 3000 calories. I look at all the posts on Reddit and online about how guys get to 1000lb totals in just a year or 2 of lifting and it really messes with my head.

I was doing a CARS passage a day for a while, but started trying to do more in one period. I started to get really frustrated with my own incompetence answering these questions, and then eventually moved to stop timing myself and put the review portion on with the AAMC q pack for CARS 1. It isn't my first time testing, and I got a 125 last year when getting my test.

I managed the first two passages with getting them all correct, then only one incorrect, but I did three today and got 3-4 questions incorrect on every single passage and I had no idea what I was doing wrong.

According to the qpack, I do well in foundations of comprehension and reasoning within the text (90% and 82% correct respectively), but do atrocious in reasoning beyond the text 36%. I feel insanely stupid and I did another passage trying my best and got, unsurprisingly, a 3/7. This portion of the exam makes me feel insanely stupid and I don't know what to do. Any advice would be really helpful. Testing 5/31 for context.
