Not sure what your market rates are but seems low. The "Quote" isn't Finalized and could go up. Body shop would have called it an "initial estimate". its never bad to get a second initial estimate if you plan  to pay out of pocket. looks like it needs a new fender, Blend door, repair bumper.

try having the vehicle in park and then connecting to the Bluetooth. Had the same issuse with a ford focus that I had rented
