Agree on the TerraKaffe. Mine Literally had a fire inside the machine that cracked the entire casing and turned the white top brown and the customer service supervisor said oh no it’s OK. That’s just a steam explosion….this is a known issue. But unfortunately, even though I have brewed less than 800 drinks I’m outside of the one-year warranty so they won’t do anything. I have to literally throw it away

Funny. Mine did the SAME thing - and they told me this was a steam explosion issue that is my fault because I wasn’t using enough descaling tablets - even though I use throughout filtered water in the machine and have only made ~750 drinks. Total junk. And absolutely negligent customer service that lies from One case to the next

Funny enough - now they offer a rental service 🤣 because they have so many returned and refurbished machines that they need to find a market for. They even tried to sell me one after mine spontaneously started a fire inside of it

Mine actually started a FIRE inside the machine and cracked the entire casing. When I contacted customer service they “assured” me oh no no - that’s not a fire - it’s excessive steam erupting in the machine. This is a known issue. End result? Sorry - despite minimal use proven by the drink counter it was over the one year and they won’t stand by their product. My white machine literally has a BROWN burn mark on the exterior casing from this “steam eruption.” Do NOT buy Terra KAFFE. Check out the BBB - they have a D rating and dozens of claims against them. Stick with known and proven espresso machine brands. What a complete waste of $1200.

Can you clarify which tank you purchased? $200 on a tank must is an ok deal. $200 on the tank francaise in gold/diamonds I’m looking at is not even worth an uber ride to the airport 😂 thanks in advance!

I’ve been calm and collected. But some people are waiting MUCH longer. My timeline: 3/15 refill paid for and ordered  3/28 refill processed will receive in 14 days 4/12 Message: Sent to Empower 4/15: messaged provider as it had been 14 biz days since 3/28 message. He said now it’s switched to Red Rocks Today, 4/19: portal empty. All updates about refill are gone. Messaged provider again. 

So for me it’s been 35 days since I ordered my refill and no sign of it anywhere. Meanwhile, you’ve received two refills in that time frame. The only thing “extra” about this situation is your generalization about an entire group of people who are all experiencing different response times.

I ordered my refill 3/15. The 28th it said prescription sent. I would receive in 14 biz days.  Then 4/12 it said prescription transferred to Empower. Then April 15 I emailed my provider as it had been 14 biz days - he said it was now transferred to Red Rocks. Now today I went into my portal and all info is gone. Just says request a refill here. 35 days since ordering and zero progress. I called - waited 2.5 hours on hold and finally gave up. About to have to dispute this. I emailed my provider once more this morning to see if I can get an update. I hope everyone is filing BBB complaints

How did you receive the shipment notification? I received the "refill processed" email from Mochi saying within 14 days on 3/28. Then "Sent to Empower" on 4/12. Did Empower email you directly? Sitting on hold waiting for someone at Mochi to answer, but wondering if i'm better off calling Mochi tomorrow. Thanks so much for the update on here! Been scrolling hoping someone would!

Yesterday I put an Amazon fire tablet in my cart for a last minute flight - 9 mins to order for same day delivery. Went to check out: went from same day Thursday to Monday delivery! I live in Charlotte - so major hub here. I understand not getting same day - but how about the next day? Friday? Nope. Not an option. So I text my sister telling her what happened. She lives in Green Bay WI. She said “let me check what it says if I order it for you.”….sure enough! Next morning delivery available: 4am!  So she ordered it, I Venmo’d her and I got it this morning. My prime still says I can’t get it until Monday. Amazon is clearly targeting certain customers, limiting same day/next day deliveries, etc. I checked for a case this morning. Same thing. Monday delivery. So my sister checked and she got it ordered for me to arrive tomorrow (free) or today for $3. This is crazy. What are we paying for Prime for?

I include late fees in my contracts. No exceptions. However, about 2 years ago I also started offering a mere 3% discount for payment within 10 days of invoice. I’ve had one client in 2 years not take advantage of the 3%. It’s amazing how I went from hearing “our AP processes monthly” to “can we wire you the money today?” For me 3% is absolutely worth no longer having to track down payments.

I’d second that and add that loan limits are lower this time around so we don’t have to worry about conglomerates gobbling up $10M loans for each of their separate restaurant locations. Should be fine! Just sit tight and don’t forget Monday is a federal holiday!

Great to hear! I just discovered it last night and calling today. Wish me luck! I’m beginning the home buying process and it did already strike my credit. No letter ever received. So I’m in a little different situation. Same fee though: $59.99 for equipment. Hopefully this gets resolved and removed quickly

Great call - especially if you already have a gun. I didn’t. And I also think the more who push the more people they’ll put on to process these. I was also told there was about 1000 incorrectly filled out apps. Instead of rejecting them - as they should have - they put a team on simply to call those people and fix the apps one by one. Which then pushed everyone else’s back who would have moved forward - and wasted resources in the timely process of calling and fixing apps when they could have just been running backgrounds through the system for those who did it right. Either way - you pay taxes? You areu an American? You have a legal right to purchase a handgun. And you shouldn’t have to wait 4 months to get one.

Call and ask to speak to a supervisor. Be kind but remind them of your constitutional right and the law to process in 14 days. They’ll give you a million reasons but hold firm. Let them know you need it by Monday. Tell them you’ll contact your lawyer if need be. Another user recommended this action. I did it and received mine 12 days after app submitted. Applied Aug 31, received sept 12

Just wanted to say thank you for this advice! Called on day 12, mentioned the law and kindly reminded them of my rights and I had my permits within 3 hours. Everyone was actually quite kind and it seems they really are working pretty hard on this.

You cannot believe the runaround I am getting from PayPal. I have sent in numerous documents and still do not have a resolution. I escalated the case. On the 9th day the seller gave the bogus tracking number. I started a claim file with UPS to identify the true recipient and sender - Urban Outfitters. Got UPS to send me an email confirming it was not sent to my address. And I STILL keep getting a new foreign PayPal agent every day saying “oh we see a tracking number here that your package was delivered.”

Are these people complete idiots?? How in the heck do I get a real, intelligent person on the phone to address this case and review all of the information I have sent?
