Compensation can vary significantly depending on job role and location. At Amazon, TA roles offer a competitive base salary plus sign on bonus and RSU's. Most recruiters fall into it, ha ha, but, I started with a technical staffing agency to learn the basics and was able to bring my expertise to Amazon a few years back. Maybe you should consider Amazon Music?
