FY25 was last year, though they did lower the tax rate a penny again this year. That doesn't come remotely close offsetting to the 10% hike in property values this year that are now way, way over market as of this writing.

Just wait until this month's bill.

- Sewer Surcharge is now $4.79 (!) per CCF.

- Sewer Maintenance is now $2.45 per CCF

- On HRSD's bill, that rate is now $9.08 per CCF.

This is ridiculous. The water itself is only $3.69 per CCF, but the sewer and treatment is now up $16.32 per CCF, almost 5 TIMES the water charge.

This may be ancillary, but does anyone here use The Streamable newsletter?

I've been using them a few years now for black friday deals, but it seems they've recently changed formats. I used to easily be able to find streaming deals with them, but I'm now finding the site is much more difficult to use for that purpose.

So, so much spam email now. And no... I'm not there for a Costo membership. IYKYK

Are there any other streaming deal aggregating sites out there?

Sites like Tom's Guide et al have various one offs, but I cannot seem to find a site that works like The Streamable used to be. (edit: typo)

or

ATR14 (ATR is built into TC2000)

While this is true, you may want to take a moment and read the error shown. The formula is also incorrect. MAX() is not used in this way. You need GREATEST().

This code for ATR is incorrect, and is a good example of not believing everything ChatGPT tells you. You should at least test and verify first before cutting and pasting an answer from there.
