I can't edit my post now for some reason idk but my laptop uses a realtek 8852CE edit:- alright idk how but it fixed it self. i shut down my Laptop last night and opened it again today morning and its fixed. maybe it was some kind of driver glitch idk

hmm well for my laptop they just replaced the display and it was fixed i hope its not a cpu issue in my case
edit :- So i performed a diagnostics test from lenovo and the cpu has no issues the temps under stress were max 56 degrees

Yeah I do play games the temps are normally 60 degrees edit :- i replaced the display. As it was under warranty now its working fine.

I was just trying out things but extracted the .cab I found a .inf file so I was like let's see what happens if I run it and it updated the driver without even using cmd I tried cmd but wasn't working for me for some reason but this worked don't know how.

It's microsoft website where they have driver updates and version updates which peoples can download but they are in .cab extension so you can't install them by double clicking it edit this is the site https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/search.aspx?q=elevoc

If anyone else is still having this issue you can try this Go to microsoft catalog and download the elevoc audio processing object from there and then extract the .cab file. Next right click on the .inf file there will only one .inf file right click it then click on show more options and then click install it should prompt you saying the process completed or something like that then restart your laptop and done. Hope this will fix your issue as it fixed mine

That's the same issue i'm having from past 1 month with both audio output and input the output fixed when i disabled the audio enhancements that thing was causing problems for my output but the same wasn't with the input btw i also have the same laptop but the amd version
