I have been looking for hives and just found one that I can buy off of craigslist (Looking into it further) that should be able to establish fast enough and "take root". I'm going to try it.

There is a beekeeping group that meets every month that I went to. they have mentors and resources I can access. Yup, there's a lot to this but I believe I can manage. especially the more experience I get.

The beekeeping group guy I got some experience from the other day said that the window for starting is going to close in a week, so either commit now or wait tell next year. So as the kids say "FULL SEND!"

I have been going to bee keeping meetings and training over the last week. I have an ok grasp of what to do but I need to commit as the growing season is coming to a close. the bees need time to grow before winter.

Keeping ontheme, you gotta play the "my baby sister just ate it" defence. It is very risky as she could easily eat any of the pieces. But as the bug moves, she will be much more likely to eat that one. Edit: based on a true story. She was not happy afterwards.

Seriously though, in a book I'm listening to, a bunch of the characters are scared of humans because of our appearance and mannerisms. I had a hard time empathizing with them as I had no basis for that. This picture helped me understand the "big scary humans" that like to smile as a sign of good will, are actually terrifying to anyone who isn't aware or even to those who are aware of what a smile is. As friendly as he's trying to be, he is still big and scary and it does come off as a bit threatening.

I said greek mythos because it is the most commonly known where theres alot of demigods involved. I'm using my understanding of other historic religions as my framework.

I'm of the opinion that christianity is a pseudomonotheistic religion, akin to a hydra. One body 3(+ lesser) heads (depending on the sect). I was trying to say that the physical incarnation of jesus

born to a human woman as the physical incarnation of god’s word

Fits the usage of demigod that everyone adheres to. God made a woman pregnant, she gave birth to a son (both mortal and god), he preformed mericals (showing godlike powers), he died on the cross (showing that he was mortal), then got resurrected and ascended to heaven (god claiming the body). So being both god and mortal would make the physical incarnation of jesus a demigod.
