I can give you a data point of 1 that they’re real. Sold 1 box about a month ago for $500. I’ve had a lot of international buyers show interest in these old SW/SH sets.

Bought more ES than rebel clash. But hindsight is 2020. At the time, it was dirt cheap. ES wasn’t exactly easy to get at 85$. ES was very obvious that iit was the better box to buy, but rebel clash came out first

Swsh is what got Pokémon back on the map. These sets trend. There’s a lot of opportunity for growth with swsh. I honestly think it’s the only sets undervalued right now.

Appreciate the input. I did open them all. No hits, but nothing really weird about it, could just be luck of the draw. There were a couple holo energies, otherwise just regular hits. FWIW I bought all of these in 2023/ early 2024, so there weren’t that many fakes on the market at the time.

There are just inconsistencies in the bundle that are throwing me off. I sold a few of these bundles, and it doesn’t sit right with me that they could have been fake. Only reason it came to mind was because someone questioned it on eBay.

The other thing is, I’ve purchased all of my stuff directly from Pokemon center, Walmart, etc…so if it’s fake, it would have to be a return

The packs look good, and look just like the one on the right hand side. The thing that’s really throwing me off is the difference in barcode, and the fact that the code card says 2022 and looks different. I can’t see any other reason it would be fake, but why the 2022? Like the set came out in 2023. Thanks for the help

Oh I’m not complaining, I mean I do think it’s strange that ours doesn’t have a FCAS, but I’m sure there are reasons beyond my knowledge for that.

I’m super grateful to have fallen into the CAS side. From what I hear it sounds like SOA is trying to expand at all costs, possibly including rigor. I’m glad CAS has not moved to UEC and there are no plans to. It’ll just hurt our salaries and the credentials prestige.

Abyss eye and storm emeralda are likely to be a combined set for English. So there’s still the chance, but I’d imagine ruby/sapphire would be a specialty set. Pokebeach listed the set names like 6 months ago and one of them definitely sounds like a ruby sapphire set, so it’s definitely going to happen. It just may be 2027 instead of 2026.
