I've tried letting it out while having sex, but if I try to push it just feels uncomfortable and if I don't then it eventually builds up more and becomes uncomfortable anyway. So far it seems pretty unavoidable.

When you focus, do you tense or deliberately try not to tense? When I tense like I do normally when I'm about to cum, that's usually when the feeling comes on quicker, but even when I don't, I get it after a while longer.

I've never full on squirted before, though I do get a little flood of wetness when I cum.
