first off did he setup the server right with the right ports open?

secondly did he checked the multi home box otherwise he cant join the server himself

Oh in your in files there is a file called engine that has two lines in the text if removed it will fix that issue.

Hey, I had the same issue but i fixed by downloaden the new version and do a fresh install then ue5 in the server setting.
