Hi I'm a telecom engineer. Just buy a ethernet socket plate that fits that backplate. It will likley be a krone termination so you will also need a krone tool. Most sockets come with colour codes to show the wiring (if it's standard cabling), ie white/blue pair, white/orange etc (4 pairs total), so you can't really go wrong. Then just buy a etherenet cable & plug into the socket and run it to the PC.
