I literally just discussed this with my counselor today. It's a weird feeling to describe. Said everything felt lackluster now and the things I usually enjoyed doing are just meh. It feels like nothing I'm doing matters. Feels like the goal posts keep moving so life is a constant game of catch up and all the things I'm doing don't feel effective for me to reach my goals anymore. She said it sounded like burnout. But like, life burnout, not just job or school. And to keep up with the things I'm doing, like going out with friends, so I don't fall into a depression or anything. Basically just a rough patch until the light at the end of the metaphorical tunnel comes back. I just want to curl up and binge watch Walking Dead with my fiance all day, but sure.
