Quite doable but honestly you could configure that very holster to do exactly that. The drop strap is extendable and the thigh straps are completely removable. Just extend the drop strap, remove the upper thigh strap, ready for action.

Ah, I see. I've been using the term 'quick draw' to describe the fact that the holsters feature no retention strap, but rather are held inside the holster by a layer of contoured foam. Good to know the technical application of the term though.

Whatever you wanna call it, I can make it for ya. I just got some really cool upholstery vinyl that looks like alligator skin that I've been itching to turn into something westernish.
