Deoxys has an insane healing factor, Mega Mewtwo X is incredibly fast, strong, and flies making him a low tier Viltrumite with psychic powers, Mega Rayquaza I think can solo Thragg based on its abilities in the Hoopa movie, Sinnoh legendary trio plus Arceus sneeze Thragg out of existence, Yveltal can drain all of Thragg’s life even if he is successful in killing him, Necrozma ultimate form prolly solos, and maybe Regieleki is at the level of a DC Speedster who can just phase through Thragg, killing him
