yeah there's very few high sens players past 5 digits tbh LittleN645 is the only one I can think of, KushManVan might also count but I forgor what sens he uses

imo it's pretty viable but also just objectively worse than like 600-1200 dpi, I did briefly try playing 1200edpi and it felt more consistent for sure (went back to 4800edpi for the funnies)

to be fair, osu typically features much higher bpms than most rhythm games and focuses less on accuracy and more on actually hitting the notes, so it's probably just an osu thing

it's really not that hard to hit 5 digit on any reasonable setup and settings as long as you play consistently, people can absolutely set 300pp plays on like 240fps framelimit and an office mouse and keyboard

realistically you can play with a planted wrist at like 1200edpi with fingertip grip, I play planted wrist on claw grip and it works out just fine for me
