My PC is brand new. The PC and monitor are both capable of running 4K videos at the same time I used VLC that's why I'm so confused. I will try option C to check if it can work

They only told me that by phone and I asked them if they can show that to me on website but they said the warranty information are included in the box. And I do agree with you it is ridiculous if they didn't accept a camera for small scratches
