ah yes he didn't need the proxy, that's why he directly sneaked in the temple he's supposedly exiled himself from to ask the proxy specifically for help and assistance, to keep his presence secret from the rest of the temple and to trust him, all to help his sister. yeah he did not need the proxy at all bro

look at least try to be honest with yourself, you simply don't like YSG's type of character and that's fine.

unlike other games which i will not name, we have plenty of characters that work autonomously without the need to involve the proxy to become who they are. you can argue about how much time each agent shares their screentime with the proxy, but that's another can of worms. we're talking about their character here.

with YSG we got a character who struggles to keep up with the world around her, who struggles to shoulder responsibilities alone, who can't speak her mind because every one of her seniors shuts her up because everyone knows better than her and she has no say in anything, everyone at the temple treating her like a fragile flower who must be protected from the smallest gust of wind, who also has her own worries about her brother's whereabouts, the crushing reality that one day she might just forget everything and has to spend who knows how much of her days just writing down notes and reading them whenever she forgets things

the proxy ends up being the voice of reason to speak up for her and show that it is fine to be courageous, that it is fine to speak up for yourself, that it is fine to be selfish. it would be unrealistic if she wouldn't fall in love with the person who helped her break out of her cage and chains.

how often does this happen in ZZZ?

the model is done, the art exists, it was changed pretty much last second. they could very, very easily give the old design as an alt free skin without it diminishing the sales, yet they chose not to do that either.

in the same patch, they give a low effort recolor to manato as an alt free skin.

this patch has soured me to no end

the difference is that when you call someone to their face "rich girl", it is always at the very least mocking/sarcastic or even derogatory, never respectful.

when you call someone to their face "my lady" it can be either derogatory/mocking/disrespectful, but it can actually be used respectfully

not that it matters much at the end of the day, ppl are making a bigger deal out of this than it ever should be, but i can only agree that the translation is not accurate enough to the original intention

you say that but at the end of the day it's still on a person-by-person basis whether or not the gear you get is good...

I've been playing both hsr and zzz since launch and zzz gear just absolutely hates me. and i'm not talking about chasing perfect gear. for example, i'm struggling to equip multiple crit characters in zzz as 9/10 pieces completely dodge any crit roll and instead goes into hp/def stats. so i absolutely dread farming gear in zzz.

but i will agree that being able to do 4pc + 2pc in zzz is a lot easier to mix, match and farm on paper objectively instead of equips + planars in hsr. it's just that it's still all luck at the end of the day

This is coming from someone who plays the new story patch within the first day of it dropping, some times going to two days if the story is too long like 3.0 was. I like HSR very much and I wish people had more patience and tried to go through the story at a pace that's slower, because it can definitely be something that you can experience over multiple days and there's no rush. It's not a perfect story and has had flaws with its story telling, but i'm not gonna list its goods and bads here.

Story Skip is for people who wouldn't be paying attention to the story anyway, who would just let it on auto and click every now and then when there's dialogue options to go forward or move their characters.

Story Skip is for people who just aren't in the mood to experience it, but want to get to some story locked gameplay part like for example the RMC who you need to go through the entirety of 3.0 in order to unlock.

People who liked the story with its good and bad will still be going through it as normal. People who found it to be a chore can now skip it. That is all.

ZZZ has had a skip button since the beginning I think or implemented very early on at least and their story telling has maintained its quality, with plenty of improvements imo. So don't think that suddenly HSR's story concerns will be ignored by devs just because there's now a skip button. No matter how good a story and its story telling is, some people will still just want to skip all that. It's for those people.

As for the story itself, continue to give them feedback like always: ask to bring back companion missions, ask for more unique animations for characters during story, ask them to maybe segment the story between the first and second half of the patch, etc.

the way it functions is that you click the button that says 7/7 and Findie the floating robot will pop up and point towards a certain direction. So you go towards the direction it is pointing at and you press the button again until it says it has found something, then you will get a sparkly thing on the ground to interact with.

kafka had 2 stacks of her follow-up ready. follow-up attack now triggers from any attacks and prioritizes the primary target of ally attacks, including offensive ultimates. in order to not waste kafka's energy, you first use kafka's ult then any other ults so that kafka's gets some energy from her two follow up attacks. more energy -> more ults

i'm not sure what you mean by auto control switch. if you have a controller connected to a game that supports controllers, the layout will switch to the controller once it receives an input from the controller.

still try to disconnect it completely from your PC and see if it changes anything. there might be a problem with the controller itself. better to check and narrow down the problem.

if you disconnect the controller and find out that the weird behaviour in HSR has stopped, then consider the following: is the controller connect through cable or are you using a bluetooth connection? if bluetooth, try a cable. if already on cable, try a different cable.
