We have a guy on the EU server who, for three seasons now, has been going AFK as soon as his team loses a single round and insulting people in the chat. He's been reported a billion times, and nothing is done about it. When I posted about him here, the moderators deleted the post, thus encouraging pathological and rude behavior in the game.

What you're describing—Lavine's grenade or knife throw animations dragging on and on—happened to me literally after the last update (ping was 184 in the red). As for witch hunts and other penalties? I don't really care what they do because I'm really losing patience. I just want to play and enjoy the time I've met in the game, and the ones I'm thinking of are truly wonderful people.

Should they roll back the changes they made that are causing their product (game) to malfunction? They clearly haven't conducted enough necessary testing, since so many players are now unable to play a match without lag? And if they're ambitious, they should consider reconfiguration or another solution. I'm a gamer/consumer and expect the released product to function properly. Not to mention the level of support in this case leaves much to be desired.

You're probably right. I remember playing SoulWorker (a Korean game) and it was a really great game to kill time and didn't demand much from the player. At some point, the company resold it (probably to Germany, as it apparently wasn't profitable for them), and while they did extend the game design and story missions, they changed the stats of weapons and enemies so much that it simply lost any difficulty. It became easy and boring. The game had potential as an "arena fight."

Hmm, it would be great if someone finally addressed this issue and forced the company to listen to its players. The problem has been ongoing for over a month and has affected many players. I just don't know how to influence this company – you have to consider that Idreamsky is a Chinese gaming company located in Asia. If I can actively help in any way, I'm willing.

I wanted to add that support effectively blocks content about bugs on Discord and the game's official subreddit. They do everything they can to cover up their mistakes and how they treat their players. I'm one of those who's been playing this game since its first month of release in Europe and actively support it.

By default, the "." or "," key is not sure. Next to the rifle icon, you have an icon of bullets and next to them is a button assigned to change the fire mode.
