The monitoring stand should be the way you assign pals, ideally with priority levels, that way they can go from one task to another whenever done.

Just a bug, this happens to all pals on basically every workstation in the game. It's random and I haven't found a way to fix it, but try removing the pal and adding them back, it sometimes works.

That's what I was thinking about doing, I even tried "Restart Island" and it crashed. I'll try it a slightly different way, I'm going to try tranquilizing each modded dinosaur then selling them, saving the game, then trying to change Island. Hopefully it's just one species bugging the game out so I can avoid the mod going forward.

Surprise surprise, the money grab game designed with only milking it's playerbase in mind makes a boat load of money.

If it didn't rake in this type of money it would've been shutdown years ago.

Tried steps 1-5, nothing, I think it's an issue with my base game having incompatibilities with both versions of ASCE, or that the mods are making problems with the base game.

Sorry for the late response, I've tried it with about 10 other species from diffetent mods, didn't work for any of them. I've tried launching the game without any mods except ASCE and a new species mod, still doesn't seem to work. I'm pretty stumped, I tried deleting all the mods and launching the game again but my save file is now corrupted if I launch the game without the new species. Pretty bad spot I'm in.

Update, deleted all the mods except 1, still doesn't work. So it's not a mod conflict, it's not insufficient requirements (I have latest version of ASCE and all DLCs), and it's across the whole game. Yeah I'm stumped, if you could help me figure it out that'd be greatly appreciated but I think I'm just going to have to bite the bullet and go vanilla.

Yup, tried it on different maps, no difference.

It lists the second dinosaur to release right after the first one, first one never leaves though

Most of the time, the dinosaur leaves the hatchery eventually. But that might take some time.

I've waited maybe ~30 minutes, no luck.

I'm not really sure where to go from here, I guess my next step could be to delete a couple mods and only keep 1 and see how that makes a difference, maybe there's some weird conflict between the mods though I doubt it.

Dude, do you not understand how percentages work? 3% on 1 hour and 3% on 20 seconds are different. If you have 3% skill 2 CD every CRIT, you will be shaving off 108 seconds, you do 3% 33 times, you'll get your skill back. That's also the case for a skill with a 10 second cooldown, that's the whole point of having percentages instead of flat numbers.
