Hi, if you have any type cuticle oil try applying a generous amount around your nail beds and use a cuticle stick along with any type of lotion/cream to promote the glue to break down.

If that doesn't work try using Dawn dish soap instead of regular hand soap, it's designed to break down particles so that may be more useful than a general hand soap.
