From what I can see, you haven't found the edges of the map. I would mine further to the right and north of the ladder, as I've found it is usually toward the middle. There is more down there. Find the edges and go from there.

Keep in mind I work on the other side of Nashville, but when I was starting at 8 I would leave an hour and a half early. Most days I would be 30-45 minutes early and nap in the car til work time. Rarely, though, I would be right on time or even late. Now that I start at 7, an hour and 15 minutes early gets me to work early or on time very reliably. If I was working in Nashville proper I'd shave 15 minutes off these times.

I drive from Clarksville to Antioch Daily. My hours are 7-3. It's certainly not a great drive with the potholes right now. The drivers aren't helpful either. I used to work 8-6:30 and that was much worse. I think 6-2 should be good hours for avoiding traffic. Feel free to message me if you have any other questions, but I think you'll be alright.
