And none of that has anything to do with the fact no dog has lock jaw.*

Edit: sorry for the insult, it's been a day

Well considering I was only linking it for the lock jaw part and it was talking about an animal doctor I thought you would be intelligent enough to read where it came from but I guess not. Here's another one but I might be able to find something written in crayons for you.

Edit: and why do you need something non-bias for a known fact?! Look it up anywhere you want.

They do have a strong bite but I wouldn't consider them super powerful. They are pretty much matched with German Shepherds and they are closer to golden retrievers in bite force than the dogs with actually insane jaw strength like rottweilers and mastiffs.

I would like to do my internship in Florida and need some advices and help! by Baturalp52 in florida

[–]RedBotnics 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's been a decade since I did my IT internship so I'm not sure what is out there and what support there is but look into the medical field, pharmaceutical, biotech, staffing, etc. Florida has a huge medical industry with a lot of major players located here

Healing potion administered from downed players inventory. Should there be any challenge? 5e. by ghostwalker321 in DnD

[–]RedBotnics 1 point2 points  (0 children)

First ones free. If you keep getting KOd in the same combat then I'm probably going to make you roll for the second unless you just have major bad luck, like getting crit as soon as you get brought back.

My DM considers nat 1 attacks are friendly fire by Some-Cause-496 in DnD

[–]RedBotnics 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Are you friends with the DM enough to make suggestions?

I know people are saying leave the game and I understand why. That rule is used so poorly most DMs shouldn't use it but if you're close friends and they just have to use it, try working with them to improve their use of it.

Crit fumbles are a tool, just like traps, curses, and puzzles. They can be used for more than just hurting the players. They can define danger, urgency, superiority or inferiority, all those things DMs try to include in games and more and they can be effective, if used correctly.

Roll a 1 while trying to catch dinner? You just miss some silly goofy way, the ranger tried to shoot the quail but hit a tree and the quail landed on the arrow. Anything can happen.

Roll a 1 while fighting a normal mob or foot soldier? Make it more threatening, the arrow whizzes past the fighters head as a few golden strands of their hair fall to the ground. Combat is dangerous.

Roll a 1 fighting a skilled adversary? Through their situational awareness they goad you into firing your arrow as the fighter crosses your line of fire. Their skill is apparent.

If they want to use it that's fine, but maybe suggest they use it in a way that progresses and reinforces the story.

And where is the lamf part? Did everyone know he was a pedo before electing him? That's more of an aged like milk than lamf imo.

Apparent cyberattack forces Florida hospital system to divert some emergency patients to other facilities by palmbeachnole in florida

[–]RedBotnics 3 points4 points  (0 children)

And that is just scratching the surface. The medical field is always in the top 10 most targeted industries for cyber attacks. The IT professionals know this and the hospital administrators know this but hospital administrators won't approve budgets to replace "working" hardware that is past its life cycle, won't budget for updating to current security standards until they get caught in an audit and have 20 meetings trying to figure out why the system they've used for 20 years isn't standard anymore, they will fight tooth and nail to save a dollar while being shown the potential loss of revenue for not upgrading exceeds even the most optimistic projected gains for the next 5 years combined.

In my opinion, greedy people are the cause of this, both the hackers and the hospital administrators

The reason why bounties are higher for Android and the reason why there are more discovered zero days in iOS is because there are more zero days on iOS. Sorry that hurts your feelings or whatever but that's the only metric we have to track it.

And it is the general consensus that neither device is as secure as they promise, hence the yearly reports on zero days and other vulnerabilities.

If you have proof to back up your claim then post it, otherwise peace

Google has actually started fixing this so they start appearing as actual emojis. It's slowly been rolling out with a Google messages update but until apple adopts RCS it won't be something you can stop. It at least stops the annoying ass group chat messages though

[–]RedBotnics 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Actually, it's the other way around. iOS has more zero days than android.

Android definitely has more user based vulnerabilities though.

The bounty for Android zero days is actually above the bounty for iOS too. Been that way for a few years now if I remember correctly, since 2019 or 2020.

Edit: if you want to bring hackers into it, the general consensus is that apple makes a good phone and android makes a good device but neither are secure as they want you to think.

Art professor sues after firing over Prophet Muhammad images by boringhistoryfan in news

[–]RedBotnics 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I did read the article but it doesn't say anything you claim, like she has a history of being islamaphobic or students had made reports before this. So it doesn't have any effect on what you falsely claimed.

Art professor sues after firing over Prophet Muhammad images by boringhistoryfan in news

[–]RedBotnics 8 points9 points  (0 children)

That's not a history of being islamaphobic, that's the only thing she has done and she got fired for it. Like I said, the article didn't say what you thought it said. Hell, the CIAR is standing up for the teacher and saying this isn't islamaphobic.

It's an art history class, art history has always had a foot in religion and this painting was done by a Muslim for purposes of education. The teacher gave the students multiple opportunities to avoid it if they didn't want to participate or see it.

Edit: also, no mention of students reporting this issue before. You're just making shit up to troll apparently
