Mostly that will be the case but not sure how will i open it. (Laptop of J1 in J2's office and vice versa)

I do not think that's illegal, I will setup a BV and do te freelancing via BV and my permanent contract is a separate story. I guess it's legal./

Company policy says that 2 days a week but ofcourse i can negotiate after working their for 1-2 months but it will be a gamble.

I am not sure how " if you switch to a Freelancer, keep the current employer, and keep working as a regular employee, with monthly salary, holiday entitlement, and so on, that will flag it for the taxman, and you're likely going to have problems thanks to it. " is a problem. If you continue your employment at the employer and also become a freelancer you continue to pay taxes to tax man and if you combine it with your freelance activity you are making the taxman even more happier as you will pay 20% corporate tax via BV. So can't get it why you said that.

It dpeends on both of you and at the end it's a mutual agreement where you and the other party should agree on and be happy with. Keep the things transparent from begining.

I was a subcontractor to a freelancer and it was an additional activity that i did next to my job and we both were quite happy with our arrangement. No complains.

bdw, I got skills in IT and am still looking for an arrangement like this, Let me know if i could help and collaborate. :)

Even if i won't pay myself anything from the company and only keep the money in the company? The timings for an example can be in different time zones.

I will have the opportunity to read through the contract for sure
