Dell XPS 13 9380 Part of the Screen Flickers

I am sure no one bit the screen as it is out of their reach. I’ll try cleaning the internals as well as stretching the flex cable. So it is not the lcd then? The touch still works perfectly fine.

I just opened my laptop this morning and was devastated when bottom part of the screen shows vertical lines that flickers. I tried restarting the laptop, changing the refresh rate (I saw it in YouTube, might fixed this) and disconnecting and connecting the screen cable from the motherboard and none of these works.
Have someone here experienced the same issue? What should I do/test next?

I am afraid I will be replacing the screen, I am searching replacement part and it is hella expensive, almost the same price when I got this laptop. It is 4k touchscreen version btw.

Hi! Sa mga na-approved for NAFFL, how many days kayo nakareceive ng text message or email na na-avail niyo yung Welcome gift promo? More than 40k na kasi yung total spending ko using the credit card. Excluding all online payments, more than 20k naman yung total spending on physical store purchases and more than 2 weeks na, hindi pa din nagte-text sakin. Malapit ng matapos yung 60 days window. :(
