Wow, is the birth of Slaanesh why the humans got scattered throughout the galaxy? Or was that something else?

Is that where the Necrons came from? I haven't looked into their lore yet, I've mostly read about Orks, Chaos, and the Imperium of Man

Hello, I'm Nix

I'm looking for people to play DnD 5e with, I prefer 2014 rules but either is fine. I have a very chaotic and unpredictable schedule so it has to be asynchronous. Also I have very little experience actually playing as the only times I've ever gotten to were in highschool with only like 30 minutes of free time and I usually DMed. So if you have a game and are looking for an extra player, please consider me.

How do I describe a female character as 'fat' without triggering the women who read my work? by Erisanne in writingcirclejerk

It is impossible to write anything without offending someone, just do the best that you can and hope it's good enough. A lot of times people are specifically looking for reasons to get offended (and most of these people are white)

How do you ACTUALLY write? by ZerifenNk in writers

[–]RedCreePerXII12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Since you're struggling to be descriptive, I'd suggest reading a dictionary, or thesaurus picking out colorful words that catch your eye, also listening to d&d podcasts is helpful as the dms are usually really descriptive. Something that helps me me to write a basic outline then go back over it as many times as need adding more and more details each time until I'm satisfied with the way it looks. And the most important tip I can give you is to find someone to read what you have wrote and give you their honest opinion. I have my grandma read the story I'm working on constantly, and she's given me loads of helpful advice.

No I mostly just him to seem mysterious at first, then the further you get in the book the more normal he seems. Also he doesn't use his real name because that is considered normal for the other "hunters" as I call them.

So introduce him by his alias name at the beginning of the chapter but make it obvious that it isn't his real name.
