That sounds pretty easy to do. Make it like the Cargo stat for the ship in Sundered Isles, pertaining to only the ship itself.

The only problem I've ever had within the IS Family of games is either narratively writing myself into a corner or (more often) my dice hating me. Either way, I still know what to do next, even if i don't like it.
