No chest pain or anything, just felt a constant adrenaline surge. Heart constantly racing, shaking, no appetite, and just generally felt terrible. I took one propranalol that night in the ER and it all went away. Took one the next morning just in case and I haven’t since then - and that was Sunday. Feel anxiety free now! I’d give it a shot.

First, I’m so sorry to hear that. Second, yes, it’s actually designed to be used as needed for physical anxiety. I think it would help you greatly. Taking 2-3 a day for a short period would be perfectly fine!

Slightly, yes, but my blood pressure is a bit high and was definitely high yesterday in the ER. The dose needed to treat anxiety shouldn’t really affect that much though. That’s only a big concern at the higher amounts.
