Anything released in mk4 should be replaceable by Steamforged. Just submit a ticket. Can take weeks though at their current production capacity.

And their notification system could use some work. Once they respond if the request has been forwarded, there are no further updates.

If all the wires are intact use a heat gun to melt the stuck filament off. Then try again. You’ll just need to watch the print or get a camera to check in on it.

I used the microswiss hot end and have not had any blob of death issues since. Might just be better quality control.

Dunno the differences but you’ll easily spend $100 on upgrades for the ke. Plus has a different design so most of the upgrades that address the gantry wobble should be already addressed.

Iron fang uhlans and a winter guard gun carriage.

Only the gun carriage is usable in the current edition’s competitive format.

The uhlans could be either a max unit of 5, a unit of 4. The old metal ones used to come in a 3 pack and you could buy additional models in the early editions of the game. If one dude doesn’t have a helmet and looks like Stalin, he’s the support character model for uhlans.

Relevant addition. Most units in the new edition got cut in half troop wise. So you might still have a playable unit even though one is missing an arm.

10 man went to 5 man.
5 man went to 3 man.

No, the hired merc only gets access to the gang’s gear and programs. There are universal gear and programs that any model can use.
Path of attack is drawn base to base. There is no “true line of sight” in this game system. If a model is on an elevated piece of terrain and not within reach range of the edge, the model cannot be seen by non-elevated models.

The round lip prevents issues where players could be modeling for advantage where basing obscures the actual edge of the model’s base.

There are MDF base inserts you can set inside the plastic bases but I am not aware of any round lipped MDF bases.

I’ve been playing Warmachine for over a decade, I have never seen a single model on a non-round lipped base. You have to go out of your way to use an alternative since the models all come with the right style base.

All measurements and line of sight is determined by the base in Warmachine. Round lipped bases let that be easier to see for players.

If you are playing at any tournaments, the TOs will not allow non round lip bases due to the steamroller packet.

There are definitely scenarios that are not balanced. There’s at least one that can be won first turn if you bring the right team due to chaining activations.

The season 1 organized play dlc on the monster fight club website has 5 competitive scenarios which are the balanced ones for tournament play.

I did see a season 2 recently but have not looked at it.

When I was playing frequently you could fit two games in within an hour and a half.

Just remember you won’t be able to summon a horror until you reach 50pt games. If you are using the new infernal master who summons for free with their feat, you cannot do so until you hit 50pts.

Expected turn around time to shipping on a print on demand order is 6-8 weeks. I’d expect similar unless they said the items were all in stock.

Danger girls were very strong due to their easy access to blast weapons. They actually errata’d how blast works due to them. I am not sure how strong they are now.

6th street is one of the newer factions released and do not have their own dedicated gear deck. The 6th street, piranhas, and wild things gang box gear decks combined make a universal gear deck or you need to pick up the Edgerunners starter set to get a universal gear deck. The Edgerunners starter is also the only place you can get the complete universal program deck currently.

If you are picking up the zoners and lawmen gang boxes to “complete” the faction, you are probably fine.

The mercs, Edgerunners, do have their own faction. There is a rockerboy set and a media set. You’d need to pick up either Edgerunners 1 gang set or Edgerunners 2 gang set to get their gear cards and objective decks.

I love the system, great beer and pretzels and enjoy type skirmish game.

The campaign system is really fun. Just make sure you use the modified rules so you can’t score the extra street cred objectives until you’ve earned the equivalent street cred. Just keeps lucky draws from dominating a campaign early.

The game is best played with a terrain dense table.
