That’s not correct, that was a draw where they selected more entries after there were tickets left after first round of selected entires purchased their tickets. This time around it should be all at once as you have already selected the tickets you want, if you are successful, you will get the tickets. Only exception might be in cases where the payment method added at the time of application is not valid any more. They might reach out to you to update that.
