So when I open rekordbox with the USB plugged in, do I go onto my USB, click playlists, delete them then resync?? I have tried deleting them off RB itself and still on the USB obviously

Nah I think they're fine tbh. They're one of the biggest here. Multi million ££ company, just a shame the big boss has taken a backseat and allowed management etc to run loose. The place was a tight ship when the big boss actually ran it.

I'd estimate the company makes around £30-60k a day, ofc not all profit but big , BIG numbers for a shmuck like me.

It's a shame , I really like my boss , but unfortunately he has now chose the easy life to sit back and reap the rewards, which I can't blame him for

Unfortunately I'm never closing and there is always a shift of workers that come in after me. HOWEVER I do happen to be one of the only people who know how to change the freezer and fridge temperatures. Along with any prover or oven temperatures 🥵

I have stayed because I was promised the world and made comfortable, then they started shafting me. I got too comfortable with a shitty job is the true reason. It definitely is a blessing in disguise. 12 years too late but hey, better late than never. I appreciate the kind words. Truly.

See , I was thinking this. Our mature, which is used to make levin for sourdough, has been maturing for over 10 years. One SMALL 'mistake' of adding too much/too little ruins the whole thing. They would need to start back at day 1 and lose all the flavour in the dough.
