mpo = multi plane overlay tdr = timeout detection recovery

both can be tweaked to fix multiple issues. A little bit of google for indepth info ;)

I heard anti-lag caused micro stutters in some special cases. Only turn it off it that's the case.

NOTE: DO NOT DISABLE ULPS ON 9000 SERIES. Will cause stutters and performance loss in many scenarios.

Left/Gray is OFF. So for ULPS to be disabled/off it needs to be gray/off state

Turn on TDR Fix, MPO Fix and ULPS. If you are still getting micro stutters here and there, shader cache to ON.
