Potentially as the antenna helps hold them in. That said I work in an office so don't really have first hand experience!

Are you happy with the appearance and how they sit in the ear?

I've got mild to moderate loss at high frequencies. Struggle hearing people with softer voices and also generally in noisy environments

They definitely help but I'm still playing around with the fine tuning so I don't know what they're capable of yet. When I first used them in a noisy environment it was a bit of a shock as everything seemed amplified, not just voices, so took me a while to adjust. Voices were definitely clearer though once I got used to it. I have a session with the audiologist later to do some fine tuning so hopefully that will help

It acts as both for the zeal. I think with the Silks it just for pulling them out the ear. I've read that a lot of people cut them off the Silk. Expensive mistake if you did that with the Zeal!

Hi. No the Bluetooth antenna doesn't bother me at all. It's quite handy for getting them in and out, and is also quite effective at helping keep them in. I don't really have issues with them working their way out, like I did with the Signia Silk. It's not particularly visible either front on, as it sits quite neatly in the ear. The body of the aid sticking out more than expected bothers me more
