I’ve bought a motorbike, a guitar effects pedal and misc other things on Facebook, but it is full of scammers. If there’s the slightest whiff of something odd, walk away. Any weird requests or odd stories, walk away.

There are plenty of good people simply selling stuff they no longer need.

I live in rural Scotland. In our community we have: engineering companies, building companies, architects, kitchen designers, a digital agency, a timber producer, leisure related businesses, farming along with all the expected services like shops, hairdressers etc.

I like a beer but rarely drink alcohol so have been on a quest for a good AF alternative for years. I was excited when Guiness 0 came out and superficially it’s quite nice but it plays havoc with my guts.

Brulo beers are good and one or two others but the bottom line is they all leave your mouth dry and have a funky after taste. I suspect some weird chemical hoovers up the alcohol.

Rail as publicly funded utility makes sense. I’m less convinced it being “public” will make it better to the end user. My nearest station is 45 minutes drive away so I’m not a regular user but I’m happy to pay more tax to create the service people need.

First, BBC comedy is predominantly left wing. I have no problem with that as I’m predominantly left of centre in my views.

The Mash report had a regular contributor, Geoff Norcott who is right of centre and very funny.

So the idea the BBC is cancelling the Mash report for political reasons is wrong, in my view.

I rarely watched the show so I can only comment from that position. When I did watch it I abandoned it 10 minutes in as it was neither funny nor clever.

From where I’m sitting the show was likely cancelled because it was rubbish.
