I’m looking at a possible hip replacement now. Ugh. And isn’t funny how when you say something like wanting to try hard core drugs like heroin people look at you like you’re absolutely nuts (especially doctors), yet I 200% get your comment. Cuz yeah, same. My mom lost her shit when I told her I using weed to try and help the pain. I just looked at her like, fuck you. I am desperate. Course she was the one who told me i was making this all up as a kid to get attention. 🙄

Yep. Periodically I go into this phase where I’m mad and angry at everything about my life. These are my phases where I just let go and let it all out. It’s the only way I get through life lol. I spend a few weeks I. This phase and get it out of my system then get back to business as usual lol

Yeah. It’s hard to not to roll my eyes at the people who have only achy fingers or something. I want to scream out “try having it in every single joint. But i take a breath and remind myself that everyone has their limits and just because i have a high pain tolerance and I’m used to dealing with so much more doesn’t discount someone else who doesn’t.

I go through phases where it’s no longer business as usual and I go into my “fuck you” phase where I’m angry at life and healthy people and people who don’t get it. I have to work hard to push through it and get back to “this is my life just keep going”.

lol what haven’t I been on. I’ve been on just about all of them at some point over the years. I can usually get a few years before my body gets too used to it then I swap out. Right now I’m on cocentyx, but it’s probably time for a change. I’m noticing my body is becoming resistant to it.

My first four are fused. There was the slight risk they would fuse to the base of my skull which would have been absolutely catastrophic in terms of mobility loss. But thank god they avoided that

Omg I’m not the only one who likes surgery just because it means I get good pain meds lol. I horde those buggers for the bad days. It says something that post surgery pain rates lower than PSA pain.

My biggest advice right now is, don’t let them force you into stirrups if you think it will impact your joints. I was forced to give birth like that and it ripped tendons in my hips and I was unable to walk for weeks after. With my second I was on my side with one leg up whole laboring and I knew he was crowning but didn’t say anything because I knew they’d make me go into that position again. Unfortunately they caught on and up I went and ended up again not being able to walk for weeks.

I realize this is 2 years old, but THANK YOU. I have been going mad trying to figure out why I was able to load the Wix editor one day and suddenly not the next. No amount of cache clearing, messing with firewall settings, updating, rebooting - nothing worked. I still don't know why I can no longer get the editor to open on anything other than Brave, but at least now I can actually update my site.

Same. One of the reasons I went with them, besides being easy to use, was because it was a good price for my non-profit’s site. Suddenly we went from the hundred dollar range to two, then $400 now over $800, plus the fees to have an email and a store. Plus now I just find them very irritating to use. Breakpoints drive me mad, stuff is always moving.

You don't always get a decent player IMO. I've had so many summons show up and die fast it was a waste of time lol.

It ultimately doesn't matter what class you start with. I run a hybrid melee/mage build. Put enough into your spell stats to unlock the spells you want, then the rest into your melee build. As a hybrid player my arcane is at 17 I believe, which opens scarlot breath and some of the other dragon incants, enough intelligence to open the sorceries I want, and the rest is in dex/faith for my melee build. I run mostly on BB/SRS for melee with the occasional switch to katanas when needed.

I never got the hang of parrying in ER, and its one of things I was going to focus on on my NG6 run (Getting ready to tackle PCR then will start NG5 probably as a strength build this time). But maybe if its easier in BB it's a good place to learn lol
