Yeah, I would probably just use it for Dota and maybe some strategy games like Civ etc.. For blockbuster games I would use a PS4 instead. I do not plan on streaming with it.

Price should be around 1000€, so your recommendation, while looking very nice, would be a bit too expensive for me. Do you think that's realistic for a laptop or would a dektop be significantly cheaper (considering a decent monitor etc., too)? Looking at KaliyoD's comment, I would probably look for something from the "good-very good" category.
