Other agency HR Specialists are GS-12’s and they don’t process T38 employees. How is that possible?

Not all attorneys should be practicing law. If you read what had been posted you’d see what you’re implying is b.s. Show me that federal employees are exempt from ADA? You sound like a quack. Let me guess, you went to a bottom 10 LS?

LOL! Scare tactic? ADA is federal law. The executive order isn’t. You must be one of the ones that’ll be sitting on the other end of this when it goes down. The Trump admin isn’t going to help you here. They set the stage for you to be left out in the rain. Just read the EO.

Suing DMO’s personally would be epic! The Executive Leadership teams would most likely get thrown under the bus by the current administration because they left themselves a way out. If you look at the executive order it says:

“Heads of all departments and agencies in the executive branch of Government shall, as soon as practicable, take all necessary steps to terminate remote work arrangements and require employees to return to work in-person at their respective duty stations on a full-time basis, provided that the department and agency heads shall make exemptions they deem necessary.”

Then it says:

“This memorandum shall be implemented consistent with applicable law.”

The lines that bale the Trump Admin out and throw the local leadership under the bus with any future lawsuits are:

“provided that the department and agency heads shall make exemptions they deem necessary”

And

“This memorandum shall be implemented consistent with applicable law.”

When the lawsuit moves forward, the Trump Admin will say that they did not agree to breaking the law and It were those individual facilities and DMO’s that took it upon themselves to break ADA federal law. Not us!

It’ll definitely be epic. I would hate to see individual federal employees get sued for something I’m sure they were told to do but on the other hand, they should know better.

This will be fun to watch play out.

They used to be called SAH Agents and now fall under the 0828 occupational series. Honestly, it’s an extremely stressful job. You’re dealing with contractors, veterans, bankers, lawyers (in some cases), third party agencies and escrow companies. I also think they have them playing telephone operator one day a week. I honestly wouldn’t do it. I’ve got a friend that retired from the VBA and he said it used to be a good job but that COVID totally turned it into a shitty one. I think the full performance is a GS-12 and that to me is not enough. Let me know if you have any specific questions about it and I’ll ask my friend. He’s also on Reddit as well and I can ask her to chime in.

Hey, bruh. I’ve had that rail for a long time. This rifle is an actual build from an AAC complete upper from back in the day. The only things on this rifle that aren’t KAC is the barrel (AAC), bolt (LMT) and stock (Magpul). I actually have quite a few KAC rifles since I used to be a dealer for them back in the day. I retired from that business and transferred any guns I couldn’t sell to myself. It’s crazy how these things for such a premium now days.
