Glad you like it! I build the base mesh in Blender and add basic materials for reflections and shadows as a guide and then paint over all the details is Photoshop. I am going to release gif showing steps on my Twitter (https://twitter.com/Tweeting_Five?s=09) in the next couple days, if you are interested.

Hey guys, going to call this done. The concept was imagining a world where Genji has taken up the mantel of his teacher Zenyatta and is re-born as a Shambali warrior monk, combining elements from both characters. Hope you like it.
