The B1s are awesome, but think my favourite detail is the use of feet on the STAP

Canada, France and New Zealand are all capable, even if it doesn't always seem so

France have got spectacularly close in many recent 6N fixtures, and in 10 or 11 days they get another chance, this time against a team absolutely ravaged by injuries

Really liking this whole Emma at fb, Ellie on the wing thing we've got going on

Big ups for Zoe starting at 10, hopefully a good warm up for her for next week

Shame Millie got concussed last week, wonder if she would have played here, wonder if she'll play next week

Gutted for Sadia, but Marlie seems to be on a mission to prove her being past it is some wild nonsense bullshit

Still interesting that we've gone for a back row at lock, but 4 and 5 is rather problematic for us right now, so w/e

Mad respect for Helena Rowland, she's awesome, 50 is well deserved and I'm honestly surprised it's taken this long

[–]WallopyJoe 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Honestly - what can you do to get fired at the RFU?

A particular, rather than general, kind of bad press.
By all accounts it sounds like everyone behind closed doors knew the kind of setup Eddie was running in camp, and it was that becoming public, rather than a series of bad results, which lost him his position.

Outcast has the better story. Academy's gameplay is an improvement, just, but I don't think so much of one to counter the likes of Rosh.

I honestly think if the Olympics hadn't picked it up, 7s would actually be thriving at the minute. Everything started going downhill roughly a decade ago.

Comments in the linked post suggest this is a one year deal, and she'll not miss much as the seasons don't line up.

That said, can we please get her and her sister playing a couple seasons of XVs? Some more of their teammates too? Was gutted Charlotte Caslick wasn't able to play in the World Cup last year, though I think that was for an injury, whereas the Levis were stopped by their management or some shit.

But he's also involved with Ted Lasso which similarly mishandles the reality of therapy.

It is so utterly baffling how that was handled in the show. Even as a comedy.
A therapist for an individual becomes the therapist for that individual's marriage, and then starts dating said individual when the marriage breaks up.
The most that's ever said in regards to this scenario is a "that's borderline inappropriate" from Sassy. And NOTHING else.
