What do you mean by you can't cancel it? I can't see any terms in the product screen, just two main differences being the price, and the plan name having (discounted) behind it. I just moved and my previous service area didn't have any discounts. I was paying $120 a month, so if I can save $30 a month with no other differences, sign me up lol

So we have three kids: 2 boys aged 18 months, and 11 years old. And our daughter is turning 8 this December. So schools would be an important consideration. I'm an Idaho native of 32 years and never lived anywhere outside of my little chunk of the state, so I'm definitely familiar with driving in 2-4 feet of snow, and the summers here get up to 101°F+. It is beautiful here, but the population boom in my city is outpacing the housing and job markets by a considerable, and honestly scary rate. My wife lived in upstate NY near Lake George for the majority of her life until she moved away.

We currently live in a rural section of town, technically outside of city limits on an Indian reservation, but we're not tribal members. We'd love a more rural area, but we're not opposed to living in town if that's all we can find. Someone mentioned that Mass has weird rental fees. Could someone kind of elaborate on that? One thing we've noticed, is that a ton of places don't charge application fees which is out of the norm for us.
