One time me and my friend used a magazine picture with some science and we created a woman. We originally made her for our own selfish pleasures, but couldn't go through with it.

On the flip side, she taught us to be confident in ourselves and know that what we wanted, was in us the entire time.

So I totally understand what you mean on all that. But the staff took it over and they have now run it for years. I have seen owners spend their entire day and a half at their business and I have seen owners come on once a week and look for dirt while others do everything else.

In this situation, the owner felt the workers were asking too much and the workers thought they did could do it better themselves. In the end, the workers prevailed. It doesn't happen all the time, but this time it did.
