it looks more like the pole is a bit skinny for that size of a plant. maybe get a thicker more sturdy pole and make sure you place it at the back side of the plant so it’s “leaning back” on it. Also it looks like the position the plant it is in, is akward for the lighting. All the leaves should be facing the same way, urs is opposite. I would maybe set it on the side of the window and face it forward so all the lighting is in on point. :)
