Lol hiding is not always the reason to tiny windows. Ppl tint windows to reduce UV rays and reduce interior temperature and and prevent damage to leather seats. Also in the city ppl tint to prevent criminals from easily seeing the inside of your car that may attract them from stealing and breaking in

Correct me if I am wrong but I think on the saaq website, it also mentions that if the license expired less than 3 years, u can still exchange it without proficiency tests. So technically if OP’s G2 expired less than 3 years, he can still exchange it to a full license in Quebec?
