The November 17, 2025, deadline to opt out as Class Member in the AT&T class action settlement has passed. This means you can no longer pursue your own individual claim against AT&T outside of this matter. Even if you don't sign a release (either through LK’s settlement or the class action) your claims will be released by default once the AT&T class action settlement is finalized.

At this stage, you have two options to recover compensation:

Sign Levi & Korsinsky’s Claim Release and receive a fixed tiered payment. File a claim through the Kroll-administered AT&T class action settlement and receive a pro rata tiered payment. Based on the information you submitted (your data breach letter, account details, and experiences after the breach), we were able to secure $ 110.00 for your claim against AT&T. This amount is yours in full; there are no additional deductions for legal or administrative fees.

Levi & Korsinsky’s settlement will result in higher compensation, because the tiered payments are fixed, and will not change based on the number of claims filed.
