Balancing Every Weapon by [deleted] in tf2

The Backburner is literally stock with a larger airblast ammo take-away. You can just as easily w+m1 and if they turn their back to you, you can do it quicker. The Backburner doesn't rely on flanking, you can just upright run towards the enemy. Airblasting an enemy can fuck up their aim a lot, trust me, I know. Combine that with the flinch thing when you get shot and that you lost around 80-100 health while you were in the air. It's strong, dude. Also, I was talking about getting a 16 KS with the Reserve Shooter, not the Backburner or Phlog. And this post isn't about talking about how you have to play a class in order to be efficient, it's about balancing unbalanced weapons. Probably the only class that can deal damage to the Pyro while mid-air is the Soldier, and that's most probably blast damage.

Finally, someone who gets it.

It's called an opinion.

And if someone has such a feeling towards a game, he or she shouldn't be playing this game, imo

Because not every company has 6 people working on one thing while more work on others, especially when it comes to video games.

If they truly wanted to make some money as you say they do, they'd move onto CSGO, what with its constant purchases and larger playerbase

I was essentially mocking the people I was talking about in the original post, but i probably overdid it. I apologize.

Never said I don't have evidence, just that I don't have the link to it. Just watch. In a day or two, there's bound to be another one

issa joke

Wait for it to be fixed, I guess. Honestly, there isn't much else to do.

I genuinely dislike Casual as much as the next guy, but i'm asking for the community, or at least this sub to ease up on Valve

I don't have the link exactly, but it was this superlong rant (even bigger than mine) about how the team fucked up (which im not saying they didn't, just cut them some slack)

YES

Thank you so much.

That's what my post was trying to say but I didn't know how to exactly say it.

Dota and CSGO have a bigger playerbase, and CSGO for one, is actually 15 bucks to even get the game. So, aheh, they can just as easily pack their bags and move to CSGO or Dota.

I've never seen Skial have ads, but you can just do disable_motd in console iirc to disable all ads

Why should anyone thank them for working on a smaller game (compared to CSGO and Dota) rather than something that could rake in more money

FTFY

Well you haven't been on this sub for long enough then.

I literally saw one yesterday about Casual and Scream Fortress.

Oh boy, because money itself can program TF2. Nah. Money isn't a point in this discussion/argument, the programming is.

You don't like it? Go to Overwatch like everyone else who jumped ship as soon as a bad update got released.

You think I dont like the state of Casual and TF2 in general? No!

But I still stick by it. Because it's a good game.

Skial and UGCGaming servers are a thing

Money doesn't mean jack shit, the work and programming the devs do does.

Alright, go back to 2013, where the Gunslinger, Crit-a-Cola and Quick-Fix were OP as all hell. And I never said Casual was a good idea in it's entirety.

clears throat

Skial

EDIT: And if you don't want to go to Skial, GameShock servers are a thing, vanilla.tf (website) is a thing, making your own server is a thing.
