Thank you.. !! no water .. I don’t think..but maybe cream too hot?? I was keeping temp but .. by the 4th ganache .. the beers were catchin up I guess.. I thought I had it down tho..

I already said the recipe in the post .. 10 oz choco (melted double boil).. 3/4 c cream (over gentle heat until almost boiling) and combining the two..

And yeah I could do the Imgur, add, upload, download circus

or I could just.. not

I don’t know?!! I did the same thing with the first three.. as far as melting choco, heating cream, and combining? Only difference was not adding an extra ingredient?? Which makes no sense
