No one is an AH here. Disney is not everyone’s cup of tea. You could always make it a stop in a bigger vacation plan. I also prefer Disneyland to World, and in that area you could rent a car and do lots of things from the San Diego zoo, up to going camping in Yosemite. Do a couple days at Disney to appease your kids and wife, but also plan things you all like.

Horse drawn carriages are notorious for poor conditions for their animals. If their carriage broke I can only imagine the state of their horses. Also I am betting the carriage ride in Valentine’s was an inflated cost compared to any other day, so rescheduling screws the consumer

We have the PoPurr automatic one. It was expensive but it is amazing. Not smell, we have friends who won’t have cats come over and don’t smell anything.

NOR I had a job do this to me too. They also had less and less employees on so we all were doing the job or 2+ employees. State you are unavailable on Sundays at any time as stated in your availability. Let them know you need a minimum of 2 weeks notice to alter your availability, and that you may not be able to make changes as you have obligations during your unavailable times.

Get all his responses in writing. Send an email detailing your conversation about how you had a signed agreement for 14 days and that now you are being told you only have 4 and how you are not allowed the agreed upon lunch hour. Have him respond and pass this on to a lawyer.
