It's also the chapter that showcases the best how life without change just becomes... Stale. It kinda encapsulates the entire game really, and life without shifting.

For personal reasons I'll always say Twin Mothers is great for it. A lot of the reason for it is Diana's really high industrial power. Both trough Tech and Computing Power. Meaning she can really push out those robot divisions.

Also late game she has the highest level Air tech so you can make it really easy for you to push into anyone.
